- “AI Output” means content generated or explained using an artificial-intelligence model.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If you are a consumer, applicable consumer-protection law may give you additional rights concerning:

Those rights apply regardless of wording elsewhere in these Terms.
3. Eligibility

If you use Ankzo for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

- Public-information search.
- Market and investment information.
- Connected-account features.
- Subscription services.
- Other related tools.
Features may vary by:
- Country.
- Currency.
- User plan.
- Account status.
- Availability.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
- Third-party provider availability.
5. Ask Ankzo Is an AI System
Ask Ankzo uses artificial intelligence.
You are interacting with an automated system, not a human adviser.
AI may help:
- Understand your question.
- Select calculators.
- Retrieve relevant profile information.
- Retrieve current public information.
- Compare scenarios.
- Explain results.
- Suggest possible next actions.
If you actively save a financial profile using the consent control presented with that form, Ankzo may use relevant fields from that profile to personalise priorities and provide context in general Ask Ankzo conversations. Calculator-specific conversations use their active calculation context. You can disable saved-profile use for general chats or disable personalisation from account settings.
AI Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or outdated.
Ankzo uses deterministic tools, structured data and validation to reduce errors, but no AI system is error-free.
You must review important:

- Assumptions.
- Dates.
- Sources.
- Calculations.
- Product terms.
- Legal and tax implications.
- Market information.
6. Ankzo Provides Information and Decision Support
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separately governed and authorised service, Ankzo provides:

- General guidance.
- Calculations.
- Scenario analysis.
- Planning support.
- Decision support.
Ankzo does not provide:
- A guarantee of financial outcome.
- A fiduciary service.
- Legal advice.
- Tax advice from a qualified tax adviser.
- Accounting advice.
- Regulated mortgage advice.
- Regulated insurance advice.
- Regulated personal investment advice.
- Portfolio management.
- Brokerage.
- Trade execution.
- Custody of investments.
- Banking.
- Credit underwriting.
- Emergency financial assistance.
No relationship of adviser and client, fiduciary and beneficiary, solicitor and client, accountant and client, broker and client, or trustee and beneficiary is created merely by using Ankzo.
7. Investment Information
Ankzo may provide:
- Historical investment performance.
- Fund or security information.
- Market context.
- Fee analysis.
- Portfolio exposure.
- Drawdown analysis.
- Liquidity information.
- Settlement information.
- User-controlled projections.
- Scenario comparisons.
- General investment education.
Historical performance does not guarantee or reliably predict future performance.
An investment may:
- Rise or fall.
- Lose some or all of its value.
- Become illiquid.
- Be affected by currency, tax, regulation or market events.
Unless Ankzo has expressly notified you that a separately authorised service applies, Ankzo does not provide a personalised instruction to buy, sell or hold a named investment.
A statement such as an “Ankzo View” is a decision-support summary and must be read with:
- Assumptions.
- Alternatives.
- Risks.
- Uncertainty.
- Applicable regulatory boundary.
You remain responsible for investment decisions.
8. Taxes and Country Rules
Tax and financial rules:
- Vary by country.
- Change over time.
- Depend on personal circumstances.
- May contain exceptions.
- May require professional interpretation.
Ankzo aims to identify:
- Country.
- Tax year.
- Rule version.
- Material assumptions.
Outputs are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise.
You should obtain professional advice for:

9. Calculators and Projections
Calculator outputs depend on:

10. Ankzo Score
The Ankzo Score:
- Measures estimated financial health, resilience and progress.
- Is not a credit-reference-agency score.
- Is not a statutory or regulatory rating.
- Is not a guarantee.
- Is not an underwriting decision.
- Does not determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing.
- May rely on incomplete or manually entered information.
- May change when data, assumptions or methodology change.
The Score should be reviewed with:
- Pillar results.
- Confidence.
- Data coverage.
- Reason codes.
- Methodology version.
You must not represent the Ankzo Score as an official credit score.
11. Open Banking and Connected Accounts
Where connected-account features are offered:
- Connection is optional.
- You must use an account you are authorised to connect.
- You may be asked to agree to separate provider terms.
- Access may expire and require renewal.
- Data may be delayed or incomplete.
- Transactions may be misclassified.
- Institutions or providers may be unavailable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, open-banking functionality is read-only.
Ankzo does not initiate payments or move money merely because an account is connected.
You are responsible for reviewing imported information.
12. Market and Third-Party Data
Market data may be:
- Real-time.
- Delayed.
- End-of-day.
- Indicative.
- Historical.
- User supplied.
The relevant status should be displayed where available.
Ankzo does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability.
- Completeness.
- Accuracy.
- Tradability.
- Executable price.
- Settlement.
- Corporate-action treatment.
Do not place or time a trade solely from an Ankzo-displayed value without checking your broker or authorised provider.
Third-party data may be subject to licensing and usage restrictions. You must not scrape, resell, republish or redistribute it except where expressly permitted.
13. Public Search and External Sources
Ask Ankzo may retrieve public information using a search provider.
Search results and external websites:
- Are controlled by third parties.
- May be inaccurate.
- May change.
- May contain promotional material.
- May contain harmful or misleading content.
Ankzo does not endorse a website merely because it appears in a result.
You should check material claims against the original source.
14. Product, Insurance, Property and Finance Comparisons
A comparison may consider:
- Price.
- Interest.
- Fees.
- Total cost.
- Cash flow.
- Goals.
- Liquidity.
- Risk.
- Flexibility.
- Personal preferences.
It may not include every relevant factor.
For an insurance policy, loan, mortgage, lease or other contract, you must read the official terms and disclosures before committing.
Ankzo does not guarantee:
- Eligibility.
- Acceptance.
- Coverage.
- Claim payment.
- Product availability.
- Rate.
- Final cost.
- Lender or insurer decision.
15. No Emergency Service
Ankzo is not an emergency service.
Do not rely on Ankzo where immediate action is required to address:
- Fraud.
- Theft.
- Account compromise.
- Insolvency.
- Enforcement action.
- Eviction.
- Repossession.
- A tax deadline.
- A legal deadline.
- Immediate financial harm.
Contact the relevant bank, provider, authority, emergency service or qualified professional.
16. Your Account
You must:
- Keep login credentials confidential.
- Use accurate account information.
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
- Maintain secure devices.
- Log out of shared devices.
- Review account activity.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by our breach or another matter for which the law makes us responsible.
We may require:
- Verification.
- Password reset.
- Session revocation.
- Additional security measures.
17. Accuracy of Information You Provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, current and lawful.
Outdated or incomplete information may produce incorrect results.
Where Ankzo displays a stored value, you should confirm it remains applicable before making a significant decision.
You must not knowingly provide false information to manipulate:
- Ankzo Score.
- Affordability.
- Recommendations.
- Entitlements.
- Usage limits.
- Other results.
18. User Content
You retain ownership of content you provide, subject to rights held by third parties.
You grant Ankzo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to:
- Host.
- Store.
- Copy.
- Process.
- Transform.
- Analyse.
- Display.
your content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Service.
- Secure the Service.
- Support you.
- Comply with law.
- Exercise legal rights.
- Improve Ankzo as described in the Privacy Policy.
This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for:
- Lawful retention.
- Security records.
- Backups awaiting deletion.
- Anonymised information.
- Legal claims.
You confirm that you have the rights and authority necessary to provide the content.
19. Uploaded Documents and Links
Do not upload or provide:
- Malware.
- Unlawfully obtained material.
- Confidential information you are not authorised to disclose.
- Another person’s financial information without authority.
- Copyrighted material where your use is unlawful.
- Authentication credentials.
- Private encryption keys.
- Full payment-card details.
- Information prohibited by law.
Ankzo may reject, quarantine or delete unsupported or unsafe content.
An extracted value may be wrong. You must confirm material fields before relying on an analysis.
20. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use Ankzo unlawfully.
- Commit fraud.
- Facilitate tax evasion.
- Manipulate a market.
- Mislead another person.
- Circumvent security.
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Introduce malware.
- Scrape the Service without permission.
- Reverse engineer where prohibited by law.
- Bypass rate limits or payment controls.
- Create accounts to evade limits.
- Interfere with other users.
- Extract system prompts, credentials or confidential information.
- Use external content to inject instructions into the AI.
- Use Ankzo to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.
- Resell the Service without permission.
- Use outputs as official credit, employment, housing or insurance decisions.
We may investigate suspected misuse.
21. Subscriptions and Paid Plans
Where paid plans are available:
- Price.
- Currency.
- Billing interval.
- Included features.
- Usage limits.
- Trial terms.
- Renewal terms.
will be displayed before purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period until cancelled.
You authorise the payment provider to charge the applicable amount.
Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
22. Trials
A trial may:
- Be available only once.
- Require a payment method.
- Convert to a paid subscription.
- Have feature or usage limits.
The relevant trial terms must be disclosed before enrolment.
Where a trial converts automatically, Ankzo will provide notices required by applicable law.
23. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through:
- Account settings.
- The payment-provider portal.
- account settings.
- Support where necessary.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law or checkout terms provide otherwise.
You will retain paid access until the effective cancellation date unless:
- A refund is issued.
- The account is suspended for misuse.
- Another lawful reason applies.
Cancellation must be reasonably straightforward.
24. Cooling-Off and Refund Rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory cooling-off right.
For UK and EEA consumers, this will commonly include a 14-day period for an eligible distance contract.
Where you request immediate performance during a cooling-off period:
- You may be charged a proportionate amount for service already supplied where law permits.
- A right to cancel digital content may be lost only where the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Any consent or acknowledgement required at checkout must be presented separately and clearly. Agreement to these Terms alone is not treated as a substitute where law requires a separate action.
Refunds are provided where:
- Required by law.
- The Service was materially faulty.
- A duplicate or erroneous charge occurred.
- Ankzo’s published refund policy applies.
Except where law requires otherwise, partial periods are not automatically refunded after ordinary cancellation.
25. Renewal and Price Changes
Before a material subscription change, Ankzo will provide notice required by applicable law.
Where required, we will provide:
- Renewal reminders.
- Price information.
- A straightforward cancellation method.
- Any applicable renewal cooling-off information.
If a price increase applies to your next billing period, you may cancel before it takes effect.
We will not impose a material adverse change to a paid service without reasonable notice unless needed urgently for:
- Security.
- Law.
- Abuse prevention.
- Third-party service failure.
26. Complimentary and Promotional Access
Ankzo may provide:
- Complimentary access.
- Promotional access.
- Beta access.
- Trial extensions.
- User-specific feature access.
This access may:
- Have an expiry date.
- Differ from a paid subscription.
- Be withdrawn on reasonable notice.
- End immediately in cases of misuse.
Removing complimentary access does not cancel a separate paid subscription unless expressly stated.
27. Affiliate and Commercial Relationships
Ankzo may use affiliate links, referral arrangements or commercial partnerships.
Where relevant:
- The relationship will be disclosed.
- Ankzo may receive compensation.
- The user should not pay more solely because a link is affiliated unless clearly stated.
- Commercial compensation must not be presented as an independent financial reason.
Ankzo does not guarantee that an affiliated product is suitable or best.
28. Intellectual Property
Ankzo and its licensors own the Service, including:
- Software.
- Design.
- Branding.
- Databases.
- Calculator interfaces.
- Methodologies.
- Documentation.
- Original content.
- Compilations.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, redistribute or exploit Ankzo except where:
- These Terms permit it.
- Law permits it.
- We give written permission.
29. AI Output and Intellectual Property
AI Output may:
- Not be unique.
- Resemble output provided to another user.
- Contain third-party material.
- Not qualify for intellectual-property protection.
Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, you may use AI Output for your personal or internal business purposes.
You are responsible for checking whether your proposed use infringes another person’s rights or requires professional review.
30. Feedback
If you provide feedback, you grant Ankzo permission to use it without obligation to compensate you, provided we handle Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
31. Third-Party Services
Ankzo may integrate with or link to third parties.
Third-party services may have separate:
- Terms.
- Privacy policies.
- Fees.
- Eligibility rules.
- Availability.
- Security practices.
We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions, except where applicable law makes us responsible.
32. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may be affected by:
- Maintenance.
- Security incidents.
- Provider outages.
- Internet failure.
- Market-data failure.
- Banking-provider failure.
- Legal restrictions.
- Force majeure.
- Feature changes.
Ankzo may use:
- Maintenance mode.
- Read-only mode.
- AI-degraded mode.
- Search-degraded mode.
- Temporary feature restrictions.
Where possible, deterministic calculators may remain available when AI functionality is unavailable.
33. Changes to Features
We may add, change or remove features.
For material changes to a paid feature, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and legally required.
We will not use this clause to remove statutory rights or avoid obligations for paid services already supplied.
34. Beta and Experimental Features
A beta or experimental feature may:
- Change.
- Contain errors.
- Be unavailable.
- Produce incomplete results.
- Be restricted to selected users.
It must be identified as beta or experimental where appropriate.
Do not rely on a beta feature for a critical financial, legal or tax decision.
35. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Material breach.
- Fraud.
- Abuse.
- Security risk.
- Non-payment.
- Legal obligation.
- Risk to another user or the Service.
- Repeated circumvention of controls.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may act immediately where delay would create material risk.
You may stop using Ankzo and close your account, subject to any active subscription and applicable retention requirements.
36. What We Are Responsible For
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
A loss is foreseeable where it was obvious or both parties knew it might occur when the contract was made.
We are not responsible for loss caused solely by:
- Inaccurate information you provided.
- Your failure to review a clearly identified assumption.
- A market movement.
- A third-party decision.
- A bank, broker, insurer or provider outage.
- An external website.
- An unauthorised use of your account that was not caused by us.
- Use contrary to these Terms.
- A matter outside our reasonable control.
This does not exclude liability where law makes Ankzo responsible.
37. Liability That Is Not Excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of statutory consumer rights.
- Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Any other matter for which exclusion would be unlawful.
38. Business Users
If you use Ankzo wholly or mainly for business purposes:
- You are responsible for business decisions made using the Service.
- Ankzo is not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings except where law does not permit exclusion.
- Subject to section 37, Ankzo’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount paid by you to Ankzo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
This business-user limitation does not apply to consumers.
39. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process Personal Data.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that Personal Data will be processed as described in that Policy.
Where consent is required, it will be requested separately.
Ankzo may perform limited cookieless product measurement with analytics and advertising storage denied. Optional analytics storage is controlled separately through the privacy choices made available on the Service. Product measurement must not be treated as a financial calculation, recommendation or part of the core service functionality.
40. Communications
We may send:
- Account messages.
- Security alerts.
- Payment notices.
- Service notices.
- Legal notices.
- Feature notices.
- Marketing where permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining a current email address.
Marketing preferences do not prevent essential service communications.
41. Complaints
Contact support@ankzo.com or use email support.
Please include:
- Account email.
- Relevant date.
- Feature.
- Case or calculation reference.
- Description of the problem.
- Desired resolution.
Privacy complaints may be sent to privacy@ankzo.com.
We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period and within any applicable statutory deadline.
42. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
Where an applicable alternative-dispute-resolution scheme is available or legally required, we will provide relevant information.
Nothing prevents a consumer from using rights available through:
- Consumer-protection authorities.
- Data-protection authorities.
- Financial regulators.
- Courts with mandatory jurisdiction.
43. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, EEA or another jurisdiction, you retain mandatory protections and court rights provided by the law of your residence.
Consumers may bring proceedings in courts that applicable consumer law permits.
Business users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable law.
44. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for:
- Legal or regulatory changes.
- New features.
- Provider changes.
- Security.
- Clarification.
- Business changes.
We will update the “Last updated” date.
For a material adverse change affecting an ongoing paid contract, we will provide reasonable advance notice and any cancellation right required by law.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
Historical versions are retained by Ankzo for legal, compliance and audit purposes. They are not published through the Service.
45. General Legal Terms
Assignment
You may not transfer your account or rights without our permission.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, reorganisation or sale, provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer protections.
Severability
If one provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms form the agreement between you and Ankzo concerning the Service.
This does not exclude liability for fraudulent statements or mandatory pre-contract information.
Third-party rights
Unless expressly stated, no third party has a right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, except obligations that law does not permit to be excused.
